Welcome to our townhouse, where a delightful family of four resides. They have graciously allocated three rooms for tenants, with the two rooms on the upper floor currently occupied and the basement room available for you.
The two rooms on the upper floor share a bathroom and toilet, providing convenience for the occupants. However, the basement room comes with its own private bathroom within the laundry room area, ensuring exclusive use for you.
Please note that tenants are not permitted to use the stove and oven; however, the host provides meals for everyone. The price for each room is the same and includes 3 meals. Additionally, one parking spot is available for your use at no extra charge.
Our home is pet-free and does not allow visitors or couples.
